Thanks for taking the time to read my ad. I have a double bedroom to rent out in my 3-bedroom house. I bought the house and moved in at the end last July. I thought it is probably time to get someone in to share with.
About the room and the house:
The room is not an ensuite but you will have the main bathroom to yourself 99% of the time as my room has an ensuite. There is also a parking spot available should you require it. and a decent size garden to enjoy in summer. (the picture does not do it justice, you should come and visit).You will be living with only me in the house.
About me:
I am a young professional, currently working from home ( with occasional office visit). Very easy going and tidy who enjoyed having intellectual conversations, exploring new places but also spending time in to watch Netflix on my free time.
About potential housemate:
Someone friendly and tidy, easy to get along with and who will treat my house like theirs by taking good care of it. That is all I am asking for, not much :)
