Double room available near town center

I have a large room available to rent in Oakridge. About a 10 minute walk to the town centre. House is fully furnished and has a large living room area. There is a nice sized garden with access to a hot tub and a large downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom and large kitchen area. I am a single professional living with my two cats Bella and Valentine. I enjoy sewing from time to time making my own clothes.
I work 4 on 4 off shifts and spend most of those working days at the office, however I do occasionally work from home.

I am looking for a flat mate who is OK with cats, is a working professional and fairly laid back. Unfortunately I cannot consider other pets.

The rent includes all bills, internet, council tax, and freeview and a gardener and window cleaners that comes regularly. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and shared storage in the understairs cupboard and loft.

For couples, the room would be around £660. A third person means extra gas, water and electricity usage.

I am looking for long term tenants only. Minimum of 6 months
