Professional, friendly guy here with a double room to let in a clean and tidy house- looking for someone who is also tidy please.
I am the only other occupant and all bills are included.
The property is a 3 bed semi detached house in a quiet cul-de sac in Brighton Hill, with good bus links to the train station.
The room is furnished and will be recently decorated, with a shared bathroom. The bedroom has a bedside table, a small chest of drawers and a larger chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a small desk if wanted. I have 2 cats so would be looking for someone that is ok with that.
I have a good sized garden too which you would have access to, as well as a private driveway for your car. I work from home 4 days per week.
I’m social and happy to watch tv with someone in an evening but equally happy if someone wants their own space too.
