Master bedroom in quiet home

All the bedrooms are upstairs, The rooms do not have locks, but are of a good size (approx. 12ft by 10ft). There is a walk in wardrobe on the landing which the master double uses, a single bedroom (mine), the other double. The bathroom is pleasantly decorated complete with shower and towel rail. The hot water is 24-7 as it is a combi boiler. Downstairs there is a small toilet, open plan kitchen / diner / mini lounge (I call it the "clounge"; Sofa + armchair seats + TV +soundbar) through to bifold doors to the garden. There is a second living room that is large and currently unfurnished. Storage of your own furniture or large items could be considered here. There is access to the back garden complete with decking and BBQ. Use of the drive (one car only, I wont be using it) but there is always room in the street for the second car. House is 25min walk to the station / town, bus stop at the bottom of the hill. Bus stop to Aldermaston / Tadley is a 10 min walk. There is a fully furnished kitchen inc cooker, grill oven, washing machine (new) dishwasher (nearly new) and all the pots, pans plates and utensils you could need and one heck of a spice rack. I have an electric car charger (additional charges will have to be arranged somehow if used).
There is a garage in the property, but it is the only room (besides my own) that is prohibited.
