Use of Garden which has the sun in during the day. Also the sun comes into the kitchen/diner. Parking space for a vehicle. Built in double wardrobe in bedroom, draws under bed and TV. Would prefer someone with not too many belongings. Single occupancy. Allocated space in fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard.
Broadband and bills included. Gardening included and cleaning of shared areas.
No smokers please. Landlords at the property the rest of the time.
