Large window lets lots of light into the room. Comes fully furnished. The room can be rearranged to your preference. There is a 39" TV in the room. There is plenty of space for a desk, however you will need to supply this yourself.

There is parking right outside the front of the property for 1 car.

Situated a 5-6 min drive from Basingstoke town centre and Basing View business park. 3 min drive to Chineham Business park. Also close to the M3. There is a bus stop just across the road from the house and it takes about 15-20 mins to get to the bus station.

The internet is unlimited ultra fast fibre at 550mbps. The living room has a cinema system with 65" TV.

The kitchen has all common kitchenware such as bowls, plates, crockery, chopping board, knives, saucepans, frying pans, tea towels etc. It has a small table-top dishwasher, but larger items will have to be hand washed. Washing machine also included.

Secure garage is available for storing some items or a bicycle if required. A mains plug is available right inside the garage door for charging an electric car, however an extra fee will be required for car charging.

All bills are included. No other fees (except for electric car charging).

Currently I work from home most days of the week, so the house will need to be quiet during the day Mon - Fri.
