The house is well maintained and kept clean and tidy. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, garden and downstairs clockroom.
I am looking for a professional individual who is clean, polite and friendly. I prefer a female flatmate as I feel they will fit in more with the current residents.
The available room is spacious and light. It comes with a double bed and mattress with a built-in wardrobe. There is enough space for additional furniture but as a spare room it remains mainly empty.
