Hello,

I'm renting 1 room in my house, this is the big room with a bathroom downstairs.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a tv. The bathroom is downstairs and it has the shower separated from the toilet.

The house has a shared living room and separate kitchen. It also has a conservatory and a garden with a patio (where you can smoke).

This a 4 bedroom house with only 3 rooms in use.

The house is 15 minutes walking distance from Basingstoke train station. There's also a bus (5) next to the house that takes 10 minutes to the station. If you have a car, the driveway is also available to park a car.

There's a Tesco Express 5 minutes walking distance from the house and a shopping center with pretty much all the shops next to Basingstoke train station.

I'm a professional in the hospitality industry. I occupy one of the rooms but I usually stay in the city most of the days, making use of the house mainly on weekends only.

I'm very welcoming and comfortable to share my house with like-minded people.
