The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, rain shower head, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail which is solely for the lodger and will not be shared with the landlord. The lodger will also have access to a shared kitchen which is equipped with all basic amenities including cooker, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The house also comes with ample parking in the driveway.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood but is only a 5-minute drive from Basingstoke station and High Street (15-min walk) and is right off M3 junction 6. There is a Tesco, Sainsbury, and Waitrose, all merely a 5-min drive away.
Seeking a lodger, ideally a professional, needing a place to stay, during the working week – Monday to Friday.
