Double room with dedicated bathroom

The property is in a very quiet area, a short walk from the hospital (3 minutes), and a 5/10 minute car ride from Festival Place and the train station. Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for those with mobility issues - it is on the top floor of a town house.

Room currently comes with a twin bed (I can change to double if necessary), chest of drawers and bookcase. If you need to hang clothes up, I will be happy to buy a standing rail for the room. There is a dedicated, bathroom, shared w/c, kitchen, lounge, garden and balcony.

We are a house with pets - small dogs (very friendly) and a cat (also friendly). The house is clean and tidy. I am generally very relaxed. Come and go as you please, as long as it’s done respectfully. I teach during the day but also work from home in the evenings so require consideration during those periods.

You will share the space with myself and my two children, who will be in and out from work and college. It is our family home, and as such I will not allow smoking or drugs of any kind in the house.

I will consider a full time let for the right person - £625pcm.

There are options for reduced rent rates - if we go away and need animals feeding/litter tray cleaned.
