Spacious double room with en suite to rent in a quiet, tidy & friendly house. Please enquire if you would be interested in renting or purchasing any items shown in the room. You would be sharing the house with one female in her early 30's who works from home Monday to Friday. Kindly note that this is not a party house in the slightest.

We would each have our own bathroom (yours includes a shower) with an additional bathroom downstairs. Your ensuite will be painted before moving in.

The garden comes complete with comfy furniture for shared use in the summer months.

Whilst your room can be unfurnished, all other living spaces are fully furnished.
