There is a house cat who is super friendly. And wonders around, she is part of the fixture and fittings. I will consider animals, the house does have a garden.

The picture of the bedroom will be furnished and any wall pictures removed prior to let.

No hassles or drama needed. Renter will be the only other person living there and have no issues them making it there own comfortable place in a peaceful setting with excellent local amenities.

The house is within walking distance of Chineham Shopping Centre, residents enjoy being just moments from Chineham Shopping Centre, providing convenient access to a wide range of shops including Tesco, M&S Food, Costa, Boots, restaurants, gyms and essential services. The area is well served by highly regarded local schools.

The house will be sold eventually so will consider short term lets. However it may take a year pending curcumstances.

I work Monday to Friday out from 7am till 17.00hrs and can often be away travelling.
