The property is walking distance to Basingstoke town centre, the train station and bus station. There are convent links to the motorway also and there's a lovely walk through Eastrop Park to Old Basing.

WiFi and all bills are included in the rent £550 a month. The house is three bedrooms, but only one other person lives there.

The room is a large double bedroom, that has recently been redecorated. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on requirements.

The room currently comes with a double bed with brand new memory foam mattress, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a desk and chair if needed. There is still plenty of room left for any of your own furniture, if you have any furniture that you want to bring.

The room is light and spacious. My current housemate has worked from home and there was plenty of space for a desk, bookshelf and two screen computer set up, with room to spare.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Basingstoke town centre. It is also a five minute walk to both Eastrop Park and the War Memorial Park, with beautiful green spaces in between.

The house has the added benefits of double glazing, gas central heating
and an open plan spacious dinning and living room, with a large TV and cross trainer, if you fancy some indoor exercise. There is also a hanging egg chair to enjoy relaxing in.

The kitchen is colourful and fully fitted, with a gas hob, fan assisted oven, electric extractor fan, microwave, air fryer, fridge and freezer. There are also other kitchen appliances such as a blender, waffle maker, George Forman grill, electric steamer and slushie machine, you are welcome to use. There are several cupboards available in kitchen for food storage.

There is a shared bathroom, with a shower and bath and a downstairs toilet also.

There is a nice sized garden and garden shed. The house has large green open spaces close by, with Eastrop park and the War memorial park close also. The house is in a quiet area, but very central. The house is off the road, so there is no traffic noise.

The house is shared with a friendly, and outgoing professional female who enjoys travelling, going to the theatre, and comedy gigs, but I am also happy to relax and watch netflix. I am also involved in amateur dramatics and I enjoy cooking, but I also love going to restaurants too.
