Bedroom with own key, comfy bed with clean bedding provided, free wireless, TV with Sky Sport, BT Sport, Netflix etc. Full use of kitchen and equipment, washing machine, bathroom.
No deposit required, but I will need proof of ID, and proof of your permanent address please.

The £100 weekly rent quoted is for the four nights Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
(I can also accommodate, by prior arrangement, the five nights Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for £110, or three of those five nights for £90.)
Payment is requested upfront, on arrival each week.
