Double Bedroom In Modern House

We have a double room available in our 4 bed detached modern house.

We have our own on suite so the family bathroom is at your disposal.

We have a large modern kitchen, nice garden and parking either on the drive or street.

Looking for a professional that wants a nice quiet house Monday to Friday with two friendly live in owners.

Internet is free and rooms have tv's.
We will wash bedding and clean every week.

If you smoke that's fine but it will need to be in the garden.

please note we do have some friendly family pets

Single people only

The room in the photo is the smaller of the two. The second room is nearly twice the size. Just in the process of finishing the painting so no photos yet. First come first serve. But either way you won't be disappointed both are newly decorated with very comfortable beds.

We are happy to discuss different length contracts. No stay to short or long for us just ask.

We will require references.
