It has some lovely walks near by and is located close to the Sports Center, Southampton Common and a number of supermarkets, local shops and a pub.
The property is a well proportioned 2 bedroom flat, with free on road parking all the way down the street, with access to a garage if required. The property itself has an open plan living/dining room with a patio door leading to a patio area with seating, which is a secluded spot overlooking the shared gardens, so the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen opens out on to the living area, separated with a breakfast bar.. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom with a shower over the bath and a second toilet.
