I am looking for a female student to take over my flat.

This flat is a very quiet 7 person flat. Since being there, I havent seen many of the other tenants and believe that there are only a few of the flats being used currently. The block of flats: 'Green Wood Court' consists of numerous newly refurbished flats close to local amenities including a shop, bus stop and walkable distance to Southampton University.

The tenancy i have is until the end of August, but if required, extension is available to keep the flat for longer with arrangements made with the onsite reception- price subject to change.

The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, sink and vanity unit and featuring a spacious and modern, shared living and kitchen area, equipped with a cooker, combi microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. You will also have access to two toilets and a shower.

The size of the bedroom is 9m², on site maintenance, large free car park, all bills and council tax, wifi, contents insurance, communal room, vending machine, garden, CCTV, bike garage, smoking area, communal TV and a games area included. A friendly reception team are also located on site Mon-Fri 9-17:00
