Beautiful new build home- Double room

Hi,
I have a double room that is fully furnished available in my beautiful new build home in Bishops Waltham. I work from home most days but have the use of a private office. The house downstairs in open plan with a garden so you would need to be comfortable with sharing the space with me. The room is a cosy double with under bed storage and a chest of drawers .

You will also have the use of your own private bathroom with a shower over the bath.

There is a double driveway and space for 2 cars. There is also a large garage for storage.

This is a really lovely beautiful luxury property and I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy but can also feel comfortable to share dinner or a glass of wine with me occasionally.

I also have a chocolate Labrador puppy, Molly who is 2 1/2. She stays downstairs only but you would need to like dogs.
