You'll have a nice fully furbished room, and access to all communal areas. The kitchen has a brand new oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, together with a second hand microwave and dishwasher. The lounge, which is south facing is fully furbished with a nice TV.

I'm a well traveled single man in his 40's. I've fairly recently returned from living in South Korea. I work in education, and have a passion for photography. In addition to me I have a dog who is 4 and 1/2. You must be comfortbale around dogs.
