The room comes with double bed, 1 set of bedding, chest of draws, bedside table, mirror, lamp & a TV can be added in there if wanted.

The room has sole access to a large bathroom & use of a shared kitchen space.

In the kitchen there is a bar to eat at, tv with sky to use & cooking utensils.

We do have a friendly dog so must be ok with dogs in the house.

There is parking on a private drive.

We are located within good commuting links between Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth & any of the M3 corridor.

We have pubs within 5mins walk.
Local spar within 5mins walk.
Bus stop outside the house.

We do allow use of the garage for storage if required. Available upon request.

No house guests while staying.

We have broadband which is included in the monthly cost. Food & drinks not provided or included.
