Hi! We are looking for friendly housemate to share our place in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and recently modernised It's got 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one on each floor). We currently share with one other housemate, Mark.

The room available is on the first floor. It is freshly decorated, with built in wardrobe, furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. The room is adjacent to a bathroom with bath and shower over, this would be shared with Mark, although there is another bathroom with shower available on the ground floor .

Shared areas are: fully equipped kitchen/dinner, lounge, utility/ laundry room, garden, garage as required.

It's a residential area close to amenities and public transport. Bus stop outside to Southampton, 20 mins walk to Eastleigh town centre and station. Large garden, garage, ample parking at front and rear. Woods, river and leisure centre nearby, space available in garage for bicycle etc. We have a cat and two dogs so you'd need to be ok sharing with the animals!
