The property has recently been fitted with new double glazing throughout. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, gas hobs and a large fridge freezer. The rent includes all bills, nothing is extra to pay. Deposit of £200 is required. The property has off road parking for 2 cars and there's a good size workshop if you wanted to store a bike for example. I have no children or pets and I work full time.. Lingfield Gardens is a quiet cul-de-sac, less than 5 mins to Bitterne Park and the river Itchen. There is the no 7 bus a few minutes walk from the flat that can take you into Southampton City Centre, approximately 20 mins from here.
There are 3 train stations close by, St Denys 0.5 miles away, Bitterne 1 mile away and Swaythling 2 miles away.
