Double/Single Room Available in Nice Maisonette

After 18 months the Aussie couple I shared the house with have left to return home for warmer climes so my spare room is back up for let.

It’s a two bedroom Maisonette with nice sized living room leading onto an open plan kitchen. The property has a nice garden available, on street parking and is fully furnished. High speed internet. Washing machine and all other kitchen essentials.

The bedroom currently has a double bed and chest of draws in it and there’s a good sized cupboard opposite the room which is also empty for anybody who moves in. Furniture can be kept or changed subject to agreement.

I’m a 26 y/o professional (Naval Architect) who is pretty relaxed about things, I like to live in a clean house but nothing scary. I’d like another easy going house-mate/couple.

I’m quite flexible on length of stay, rent, part time/full time and deposits. I’ve set the rent based on all bills included but open to other ways of doing it. Would be looking for £430 for couples to cover the extra bills etc.
