My boyfriend James and I have just bought our first home but it has 3 bedrooms and we don’t need all the space so we would like to let out one of the rooms.
It’s up to you if you would like it furnished/unfurnished, if furnished it will come with a double/king bed, mattress and wardrobe.
You will have your own private bathroom which has a shower & bathtub.
A bit about us:
James is quite into running, football and always up for a pint. He works as a carpenter.
I am not so much into running but occasionally force myself to the gym, I work full time as a lettings coordinator but I’m also a qualified lash technician and have a small business selling candles.
We would like someone we can get along with and be friends with too but do also like our own space.
We have a small hamster but other animals & pets are welcome ðŸ˜Å
