Hey! We are Karim & Corinne + our little girl Miri, yes us two pretty much have the same name 😂
We have a stunning double room with ensuite up for grabs in our amazing, spacious open plan static houseboat (so no rocking!) on the Itchen River.
We are both content creators working from from home and looking for a friendly housemate to share with us, our toddler and our two pets Tiabeanie (dog) and Tuna (cat).
The room is a spacious fully furnished double with en suite. The houseboat itself is a gorgeous living space with a bright and airy open plan kitchen / living room and balcony. It has a modern industrial feel with high spec interiors including a range master cooker and dishwasher. We have high speed broadband and your usual central heating. Free on street parking available.
Rent is £725 pcm for single person or £800 for a couple + 5 weeks deposit. The room is inclusive of all bills and we are flexible about length of stay. We will consider short lets and couples are welcome - there is plenty of space here!
