You would essentially have the first floor all to yourself, as my bedroom is up on the second floor and I have access to my own bathroom. The room can be provided unfurnished, or also furnished with a king size bed, mattress and small wardrobe if required. You would have full access to the modern, fully fitted kitchen and light airy living room with french doors to the enclosed garden. There is a detached garage and off street parking. if you have a passion for plants, you would be free to use the garden too as there is a small growing area!

The property is quietly nestled in this popular development on the outskirts of Bordon. It's walking distance to essential town amenities (10 mins), great country walks and recreation but also easy access to the A3.

About me: My name's Lucie, I'm 31 years old and I am the live in landlord. I have two indoor cats, who are incredibly friendly so its essential that you must be cat tolerant! I work out of the home most days Monday to Friday. In my spare time I enjoy going out for meals, catching up with friends and family.

About you: The current lodger is looking to move out early November as they are relocating back to London, so the room will be available from the 10th. I'm looking for one professional person or a professional couple, to rent the large double bedroom. I'm looking for someone ideally similar minded, I consider myself to be a clean considerate roomie!
