Great flatmate wanted for spacious apartment!

Looking for a flatmate to share a fantastic first floor apartment with myself, Alyssa, who is an optician in her mid twenties, and my cat. Natalie is the owner and lives locally to the apartment.

The room is available from end July 2022.

We are in a gorgeous location and your room looks out onto woodland. It is a nice sized double with a large, deep fitted wardrobe.

There is a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen which is fully kitted out. We are just looking for a friendly, quiet, and clean housemate who will get on with me and the cat. We are quite happy to consider Monday-Friday or 7 day lets.

We have wifi throughout. All bills are included in your rent (gas, water, electricity, internet, window cleaning, council tax). We have free parking.

The apartment is 5 miles from Alton and 9 miles from Farnham and whilst there is no train station in Bordon, there are bus stops practically right outside that will take you to Alton, Farnham, Haslemere and beyond. Bordon is having a lot of development at the moment and will shortly have a cinema and new shops but otherwise it’s a quiet, peaceful place to live.
