I have three furnished double rooms in a friendly, relaxed house share. Both rooms are bright and airy. The one in the loft runs the whole length of the building. It also has it's own ensuite wash room and toilet. The second room is also a large double with view over garden and third bedroom is another large double at the front of the house.

Situated in the green belt between Botley and Hedge End. You can enjoy the house facilities of large lounge/diner, large kitchen, south facing garden with patio area, wireless broadband, weekly cleaner and off-road parking. All bills are included except for the telephone.

The house is ideally located within easy walking distance to supermarkets, petrol station, post office and cash machine. Close to junction 7 of the M27 and a 10minute drive to M3.

I’m looking for a professional person who is friendly, easy going and honest. You must like dogs as I have one. I am an active, outdoor person who enjoys a glass of wine after work.
