Double room in quiet rural location

Hello! I have 2 spare rooms to let in my house in Broughton Village, Hampshire.

The house is in a very quiet, end of lane location. The village has 2 pubs, a nice church and a useful shop and post office all within walking distance.

The house has space for storage, and a large private drive. The kitchen, utility, bathroom and dining room are all shared, but you'd have your own cupboard in the kitchen, and full use of all pots, pans, utensils within it.

The room is fully furnished, with bedding and towels. Furnishings include a desk and shelving, two side tables and hanging cupboards.

All bills are included, and a small deposit is required, with payment weekly or monthly in advance.

You would be sharing with the owner, me, a 51yo working professional and another lodger (working professional male). I work in property - sometimes from an office, sometimes from home, and I often travel for work, and have overnight stays away from home.

It is an older home, complete with all the countryside features like spiders and such - but there are no mice thanks to the cat. You'd need to be tolerant of the cat, but he generally keeps to himself and warms up slowly to new people if you wish to make an effort.
