Semi - Rural Countryside living Clanfield

If you like a quiet ish life, then Clanfield is the place for you.
We live very close to the Queen Elizabeth Country park a 10 minute walk away also we are close to Petersfield, Winchester, Portsmouth, and Southampton.
Great access to the A3, Good schools in the area and lots of good walks either by the seaside or country walks along the South Downs.
We have a double room and a main bathroom ( not the en-suite) to rent out with parking in a drive way or in a visitors bay. We have a private enclosed back garden which gets a lot of sunshine.
Bills would be included along with internet .
we are a married couple who do shift work and are in the emergency services and Aviation .
we are not always around so who ever takes up this room needs to be independent and respectable of our sleep patterns.
However, we are clean and tidy people but most importantly relaxed and respectful of others. We would be open to pets.
We would most likely be renting out our room from the 27 Th August 2022 for a minimum of 3 -6 months and a max of two years.
Ideally we would like a professional, however we would welcome anyone that would be a good fit.
The deposit and references can be negotiated as we understand how hard it is to find a place to live right now.
