I have a double en-suite furnished bedroom and private kitchenette for rent. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, with sink and toilet and there is additional storage. The kitchenette has a sink and double cupboard with 3 drawer unit, and shelf over. There is space to make refreshments and small meals.

There is a common utility space with shared use of washing machine and freezer. There is a separate fridge for lodger's use. There is the option to cook in the utility using microwave or air fryer, and share of the house kitchen. The room overlooks a small courtyard, and there is a large rear garden with seating. Off road parking for a small car, or on street parking is available.

There are bus routes to Portsmouth and Petersfield and I am a few minutes drive from the A3M. Cosham, (QA) , Portsmouth and Chichester are easily accessible by car.

The house is in a village location close to shops and the South Downs and its many recreation routes.

I am looking for a working professional who is friendly, quiet, clean and tidy, and cat friendly. The rent is inclusive of bills and is Band D Council Tax.
