Perfect location for anyone working short or long term within a 20 mile radius of Andover. Also NHS staff working in Basingstoke, Salisbury, Winchester or Andover hospitals.
We have a double Bedroom and separate bathroom with Bath and shower . The Bedroom has the addition of a sink with under cupboard for storage. A wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. It is a very quiet spot off the beaten track with lovely views over garden and surrounding countryside. We are 10 minutes form ANDOVER, 25 minutes from salisbury and 30 minutes form Marlborough and Hungerford.
My husband and I live here and we have 4 grown up children who occasionally come home for the weekend. Ideally we would like someone for a longer let Monday to Friday. Morning.. However short term let’s are available too.. A couple are welcome but the cost of the room will increase by £50 per week. I charge £140 fixed rate for Monday - Friday morning on a regular short term let or £30 per night so if an extra night is required at beginning or end of the week the price will increase by that amount on a nightly basis.
No deposit required for short let’s but anything longer than 3 weeks will require a 2 week deposit before arrival.
Clanville has a good pub (The Lion) and there are several other nice pubs in the surrounding villages. Andover station is a 10 minute drive from here and the town has several large supermarkets if required.
You will have a separate Entrance and plenty of parking space. All bed linen and towels are provided and Electric kettle.. Wi-fi is available at no extra charge.
I am happy to heat up food for you and provide crockery and cutlery if needed.
