Double room available now. I have lived here for over 4 years and until last year it was a family home, now post divorce I take in lodgers. Our neighbours are wonderful as is the local community. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, bathroom, garden and living room as well as off road parking if required at the rear.
All bills and wifi included. Within walking distance is a local shop, chinese takeaway, post office, pubs, pharmacy and doctors. Winchester park and ride and Shawford station is a short drive away and the M3 motorway to London, Basingstoke or Southampton is a 15-30 minute drive. Hedge End, Hamble etc is 20-30mins away and Portsmouth is 35 mins.

The double room has a double bed, x chest of drawers, 2 wardrobes. The shared bathroom is next to the room with a shower over bath, a sink and toilet. The house also has a downstairs toilet as well. The lounge has a 49inch TV and there is Wifi in the house. There is a dining table in the conservatory and the kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a tall freezer. Also oven and hob. The rear garden is accessible via the side or the house. It is a shared driveway with neighbours with on and off street parking at the rear. Please do not park on the drive due to shared access. Would suggest on street parking in the close or parking bays at the rear.

£50pcm supplement for couples would be added. So double room for a couple would be £650pcm.

Non smoking only, and must like dogs as I somerimes have joint custody of my dog.

I am a Professional yachtsman and sometimes away for a week or 2 at a time. My partner lives in Wiltshire so I often stay there as well. My current lodgers are pro sailors too and heading off to the Caribbean, hence why seeking new lodgers. I have worked on Superyachts so tend to be quite clean and tidy and would expect the same in shared areas.
