I have a single room available in my 2 bedroom modern house from FEBRUARY 2025. I am looking for a PART TIME lodger OR someone who needs a regular room 2/3/4 NIGHTS PER WEEK but NOT 7 nights a week. There is parking and fast broadband. My house is clean and modern. There is a desk and t. v. in the bedroom. There is a shared bathroom. There are 2 toilets in the house. It's just me in the house, no other lodgers.

I live close to lovely countryside but within close reach to the M3, bus and train links. My house is located 3 miles from Winchester.

There is a main line station 10 mins walk, a bus route 5 mins walk and Southampton Airport is a 10 min drive away.
