Room available Mon - Thur please see description

Unusual one but may suit someone! Available only Monday - Thursday, must be in full time employment and must be able to evidence that stay is short term and that the room is not being used as your main or sole residence.
Room with living area and double bed in 3 bed Semi Det house in Highbury area of Cosham, Portsmouth. Sole use of living area - sofa / tv / fishtank!
I would consider 2 or 3 or 4 day bookings, and it does not have to be every single week, it can be a couple of weeks per month etc.
Full use of facilities so garden, kitchenl, bathroom, additional toilet but would prefer person to only be using these from around 6pm - 8am ish whilst not at work. £20- £25 per night, depending on number of nights, single person only, sorry no guests. Husband and wife live in landlady (50's) and have 2 lodgers, one male one female, 3 chickens and a visiting spaniel some days 🙂
