Double room very close to Farnborough Main

Brand new mattress

I'm renting out my spare double room. Rent payable weekly in advance on a Friday. Includes utilities and cleaning costs for bathrooms and kitchen (cleaner comes weekly) as well as tea, coffee and milk.

We're a single father & son family unit, along with our puppy/ dog.

It's a very large house, and I'm in my 'man cave' most of the time so the living & dinning room are little used.

We're both into rock & metal, chillin with a beer or two and proper BBQ.

We've a lovey garden to relax in. It consists of a large patio, a formal lawn/ bed areas planted out, then a more wild woody area - this is where our fire pit is, and soon to be built garden bar & grill area.
