The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, TV and TV unit with plenty of shelving space. (There is no longer a fridge or microwave in the room as shown in the pictures) You will need to bring your own bedding and towels. You can use the kitchen and utility room. The room is accessible through a back door so you don't need to come through the house to get to it.

I would like a lodger who is quiet, tidy, clean, and respectful. We have a dog, who is very friendly, so someone who likes dogs is a must. NOT suitable for anyone who works from home all the time.
