Double fully furnished room, large, bright and airy with wooden laminate flooring, freshly decorated in neutral colors. My home is modern, warm, comfortable, clean and tidy. We have a very modern, well equipped kitchen with utility (separate fridge freezer for lodgers) a bathroom with overhead electric shower, spacious lounge/diner with french doors leading to sun lounge and small sunny garden. Broadband included.

Any one who smokes we have strict outside smoking only, in the sun room or garden.

I live with my partner who works full time. I work in a care home & do 2 night shifts a week. We have a beautiful 2 year old small Pomeranian who's always full of fun.

Any age welcome! we've had a variety of lodgers over the years and especially enjoy the company of young people.

Cowplain is situated aprox 1 mile from Waterlooville and 8 miles to Portsmouth city center. We're in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 min walk to main bus route servicing Petersfield to Portsmoth, 10 min walk to local shops, 2 supermarkets 5 min drive away. Only 3 min drive to A3M so ideal for commuting, 10 min drive to Cosham train station. We have lots of lovely local pubs serving good food, restaurants and takeaways. Various country walks and villages near by.
