Double room in Dibden, SO45

Situated in Dibden, close to Hythe, Totton, Fawley and Hardley, this double room is one of two and the other is occupied by my long term lodger. It comes fully furnished and is part of the annex.
The entrance is via double doors opening on to the enclosed garden, which you will be welcome to use.

The annex is fitted out with its own kichen which you will have full use of. You will be sharing with one other long term lodger.
It has a sink, full sized cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen also has a table and chairs and a sitting area with sofa.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cupboard/drawers and wardrobe and a smart tv. WiFi is available. You would have sole use of the shower room.

Smokers welcome, although outside only please.

The house is a short 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car from Tesco superstore and Applemore Leisure Centre. Hythe Town is approximately 1 mile away. Esso/Exxon is 4 to 5 miles away.

Totton Centre is 6 miles away and Southampton is just 20-30 mins by car.

There is a bespoke parking space with this room.
There are no extra bills.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Regular cleaner. The house is in a quiet area, close to bus routes, supermarket and fuel station.
