Double room in Dibden, SO45

Situated in Dibden, close to Hythe, Totton, Fawley and Hardley, this double room is one of two and the other is occupied by my long term lodger. It comes fully furnished and is part of my annex.
The entrance is via double doors opening on to the enclosed garden, which you will be welcome to use.

The annex is fitted out with its own kichen which you will have full use of. You will be sharing with one other long term male lodger.
It has a sink, full sized cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen also has a table and chairs and a lounge area with sofa.

The bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, bedside cupboard/drawers and wardrobe and a tv. WiFi is available. The shared shower room is downstairs.

I am quite private but friendly and I would prefer an easygoing lodger who is happy to do his or her own thing.

The room is available to rent for between 3 to 12 months but could be longer term.

The house is a short 10 minute walk from Tesco superstore and Applemore Leisure Centre. Hythe Town is approximately 1 mile away. Esso/Exxon are 4 to 5 miles away.

Totton Centre is 6 miles away and Southampton is just a 15 minute ferry ride from Hythe.

We do not offer a bespoke parking space with this room but there is parking at both the front and back of the property.
