Married couple offer a double room for rent on the edge of the New Forest. This mid terraced two bed room house, is situated in a quiet and safe location in the small residential village of Dibden, just two miles from Hythe, eleven miles from Southampton City Centre and a similar distance to Lymington. The house is well presented, neat and tidy and has good on and off road parking. The house is within close proximity of a main bus route, recreation centre, a large supermarket, bars and restaurants. The house is also close to local industry and commerce, including Fawley Oil Refinery. My husband and I are the home owners and have a small friendly Jack Russell dog. We are looking for a sociable single prosessional female, to rent our generously sized second bed room. The room comes with a double wardrobe and double bed. I am Colombian by birth and speak English and Spanish fluently and my husband is English, but also speaks Spanish. This may be an opportunity for a native Spanish speaker, but this is not essential. We would like to offer the room to someone who is of good charector and disposition, who is also clean and tidy. We also have Sky and WIFI, washing machine and the usual mod cons. All bills are inclusive of the advertised rent.
