I am looking for a female lodger to join me in my lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Eastleigh for Mon-Fri let - I am situated a 10min walk from Eastleigh station and a 10min walk from Places Leisure Eastleigh (Fleming Park) so it's very handy.
The room I'm offering out comes fully furnished with a very comfortable double bed and mattress (barely used!), canvas wardrobe with plenty of storage space, full length mirror and a bedside table. You will have sole use of this bedroom and will be able to use the main bathroom (the master bedroom comes with an ensuite so I rarely need to use the main bathroom). There will also be a parking space available for you.
I've owned my flat for just over 3 years now and would love to be able to share my space with someone similar to me. I love reading, walks, traveling and outdoors adventures alongside the usual activities (cinema, cocktails, theatre etc) - in covid times I started to take up paddleboarding and running/hiking.
