THE BEDROOMS

5 Double Bedrooms (2 with En-suites). These MODERN rooms are completely refurbished from ceiling to floor fully furnished with new cosy 2-tone carpets, feature walls, white wooden beds (all with luxurious medium/firm thick foam mattresses) double wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, lamp and mirror. The En-suite rooms come with a thermostatic shower, toilet and washbasin. All fixtures and furnishings are absolutely BRAND NEW. USB Sockets included.

THE KITCHEN DINER

This new beautiful kitchen comes with oak and gloss white units, white worktops with plenty of space for your kitchen bits. Half way through the kitchen you will find a breakfast bar and towards the end is the diner or communal area with sofa and TV. The TV can be moved around on a bracket between these areas, so if you’re cooking you can watch your favourite sit-com at the same time (assuming no one else wants to watch it). Kitchen is kitted out with a New American fridge freezer, large double oven, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. A condenser dryer and washing machine housed in a hidden unit is at the back of the kitchen all available at NO EXTRA COST!

THE BILLS

You will not be expected to pay any house bills on top. Council Tax, Broadband, TV Licence, Electricity, Water and Gas are all included. The rent you pay is the rent you pay. No additions or hidden charges.

SAFETY

The house meets all safety and regulation criteria for a co-living house. It’s been re-wired and we have all the certification for gas and electrical safety available. The smoke alarms are all mains and interlinked. The bedroom doors are FD30 firedoors with thumb turn secure locks.

OTHER SERVICES

Bi-Weekly cleaner and a Gardener will be provided at no extra cost.

WHAT DO I NEED TO MOVE IN?
