The room has an ensuite shower room with toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

Current the flat is unfurnished except for a double ottoman bed however, the following is available if needed:

The kitchenette comprises of a range of cupboard and drawer space, an integral fridge with freezer compartment, combi/microwave oven, two ring mini hob and kettle. Crockery and cutlery can also be provided if required. There is a dining table and two chairs, although we are looking for a single person to occupy. There is no washing machine but there is a launderette a couple of minutes down the road.

The bed is a double ottoman bed with storage underneath. The chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table are a matching set. The flooring is wooden and the room has two large windows making it a warm and sunny room. There are wooden blinds on the windows.

The entrance hall is shared with another similar studio apartment.

We have a friendly German Shepherd dog so pets would not be considered in this room.

There is ample road parking but no parking available on the property except by agreement to load/unload.

We are very close to the bottom of the M3 and Winchester/Eastleigh/Southampton are all local and easy to reach from here. There is a bus service to Winchester and Eastleigh with bus stops right outside the house. Eastleigh Airport and Train Station are also within easy reach from here.

The property is semi-rural with fields at the back and similar fields at the back of the houses across the road. There are many walks easily reached from here including the Itchen Navigation, St Catherine's Hill and Farley Mount.

We are a fairly quiet household although we occasionally like to entertain family and friends at the weekends.
