Fully furnished large double room in 2bed, 2bathroom ground floor flat sharing with live-in landlady.

The large bedroom has a double bed with built in drawers underneath, bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is plenty of space for a desk and chair if you wish to bring this with you. The window is west-facing so you have the afternoon sun and a sunset view.

The kitchen and living room are semi-open plan with doors from living room to a sunny patio where I grow herbs, tomatoes and flowers (in the summer this is more successful). The kitchen is well-equipped and I enjoy cooking.

The main bathroom is opposite the bedroom and I have my own en-suite so you would have almost sole use of the bathroom.

Parking is restricted but there are a number of visitors bays near by. It’s 10mins walk to Eastleigh train/bus station, 10mins walk to the leisure centre and there’s a Coop just a few minutes away.

Not included in rent: Gas, water, electricity. I’m keen to split this 50/50 so we both benefit from saving on utility bills where we can. However I’m happy to include them if preferred, in which case the price of the room will be £600pcm.
I don’t have a tv license as I don’t watch live tv but other bills are included such as council tax, wifi.

I’m half Taiwanese, half English and I work in the charity sector. I don’t smoke but I do vape.

I’d prefer to share with a responsible and reliable female over 19 years old, looking for a place to call home.
