Outside there is a large patio and private south-facing garden. The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Eastleigh, 5 mins walk from Eastleigh rail station and town centre, 1 mile from Southampton Airport and M3, and M27 motorway links. There is on-street parking available.
I have a small dog but she is only present Friday to Monday. The room would suit a clean and tidy respectful professional looking for a quiet, relaxed stay.
