Double room, own bathroom, all bills included

The house is a short (5 minute) walk from the bus stop, going into Southampton, or a 4 minute drive to Southampton Airport Parkway railway station.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and large dresser unit, but I am happy to reorganise furniture as best as I can to suit! You'll have your own dedicated bathroom, and though it is not en-suite, it won't be used by anyone else.

I spend most of my time working from home in my office space so will be mostly out of your way. If I'm not working, I'm probably still in the office gaming with friends. Everything else in the house is a shared space (kitchen, living room, garden).

I have a large boisterous Border Collie / German Shepherd cross, so this room isn't suitable for anyone who isn't much of a dog person! She loves attention though.

All bills are included. Room will also have been repainted before anyone moves in 🙂
