Ground floor flat double room to rent

I have a spacious double room to rent in my ground floor flat in Eastleigh. As you can see from the pictures this is currently being going to waste being used as a junk room and would be completely cleared. I’m putting the feelers out to see if there is any interest for unfurnished (there is a large built in double wardrobe) but I am also open to furnishing the room if required.

I am on the ground floor with a private entrance and 1 allocated parking space, however there is plenty of free on road parking so I am happy to share the space.

I’m less than a 10 minute walk from Eastleigh town centre and train station with excellent bus links, Southampton airport is also just up the road.

I work predominantly from home in the mental health industry so unfortunately due to confidentiality I wouldn’t be able to have anyone who also works from home or works night shifts meaning they are home in the daytime. I have a gorgeous French bulldog who loves people so dog lover is a must, bathroom, kitchen and living areas are all shared.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy and again I am happy to furnish the room if needed :)
