Delightful large ensuite double bedroom in 3 bed home in Emsworth, with use of kitchen, living room, additional shared bathroom, garden and outside storage.

Brand new ensuite with shower, sink and toilet!! Room furnished with double bed, box shelving, spacious cupboard wardrobe, under-bed storage, bedside tables - but open to bringing own furnishings.

Please note the bedroom is on the road side of the house, so there is traffic noise at peak times during the day, but the windows are double-glazed and the road is quiet at night.

Home includes TV in comfy living room, fully fitted out kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer), garden, shed with plenty of storage space for bikes / sports equipment.

Location is opposite station. 5 min walk to town. 2 min to nice coffee shop and supermarket. Parking is free 24/7 in the station, which is 1 minute walk away.

I'm looking for a professional for a house share. I often work from home in the 3rd bedroom which is a study, so won't be rented out. I'm an active person so I'm often out in the evenings and on weekends. I'm looking for someone independent but shared interests would be a bonus.
