The property has been fitted to an exceptional standard for our professional tenants. The property is fully furnished with good quality furniture and has an fantastic communal lounge which has leather sofas and a 40" TV for use by the tenants. There is a large shared kitchen with washing machine, dryer and all the usual gadgets.

It is a completely non-smoking house but there is a private communal garden.

The room comes with a TV aerial socket, double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, and wardrobe (and desk / chair if required). There is free 350mb wifi throughout the house. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms - all with showers.

The house is cleaned weekly and there is a gardener who maintains the garden. It is only 15 mins walk to Emsworth train station and 3 mins to the nearest shop, and it is on a major bus route.
