We are a couple and our 12-year-old daughter looking to rent out our spare room. You would have a double bedroom on the top floor. There isn’t an en-suite but the bathroom is right next door and is rarely used by anyone else.
We also have two gorgeous labradors (4 years old and 1 year old), four tortoises (3 live outside, 1 lives inside) and a gecko.
One of us works largely from home in our office on the 1st floor and the other works in primary schools so is out of the house most of the time during term time.
